Teenagers

The first visits to a gynecologist are essential for the sexual and reproductive health of young women. We recommend starting this care between the ages of 15 and 17, with the aim of providing an initial contact in a safe and welcoming environment where they can confidently express their concerns.

The main purpose of this visit is to establish a bond of trust, creating a point of reference they can turn to whenever they need it. Listening to their concerns and providing information using clear language is key to making them feel comfortable and understood.

This first meeting usually consists of an information session in which we address topics such as the purpose of gynecological check-ups, the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), the human papillomavirus (HPV), contraceptive methods and sexuality in general.

In most cases, a physical examination is not necessary. If deemed appropriate, an abdominal ultrasound can be performed; this is a simple, non-invasive technique that does not require undressing, thus helping to maintain the patient’s comfort at all times.

Fertile age

During the fertile stage, we accompany the woman in her regular gynecological check-ups, offering comprehensive care focused on prevention and personalized care.

In each annual check-up we perform a breast examination, cervical cytology and gynecological ultrasound, with the aim of preventing cervical cancer and detecting early possible uterine, ovarian or breast abnormalities.

We also address key topics such as preparing for pregnancy, preserving fertility, contraception, preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and menstrual cycle disorders, both in the amount and frequency of bleeding, as well as managing menstrual pain.

In cases of diagnosing pathologies such as fibroids, ovarian cysts, polyps, endometriosis or other gynecological conditions, we offer a clear explanation and encourage shared decision-making, adapted to the needs and circumstances of each woman.

We have a multidisciplinary team that allows us to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach. Recommendations are tailored to each woman and may include lifestyle changes, natural, pharmacological, or, if necessary, surgical treatments, always taking into account what offers the best results, respects her preferences, and meets her needs.

Pregnancy and Childbirth Program

Proper pregnancy planning is key to reducing risks and promoting a healthy pregnancy for both mother and baby. That’s why, from the very beginning, we offer close and personalized support, tailored to the needs of each woman and each pregnancy.

During pregnancy, we perform the prenatal diagnostic tests indicated at each stage, including ultrasounds, blood tests, and the option of a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT). If indicated, we can offer chorionic villus sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis. All of this is done with the necessary information and guidance to help you make informed and confident decisions.

Our team is comprised of professionals with experience in tertiary hospitals, trained to manage both low- and high-risk pregnancies. We also have the support of specialists in endocrinology, nutrition, and psychology to provide comprehensive care whenever needed.

Close and continuous monitoring throughout the entire process allows us to get to know you better and adapt the support during childbirth to your preferences and needs, always prioritizing maternal and fetal health.

Postpartum Program

Postpartum recovery goes far beyond physiotherapy. While pelvic floor rehabilitation is a fundamental part, we cannot forget other equally important aspects: nutrition (whether breastfeeding or formula feeding), postural recovery, loss of muscle tone, weight management, rest, and above all, emotional well-being.

The postpartum period is a time of contrasts: it can be profoundly joyful and, at the same time, very difficult. That’s why our work doesn’t end with the baby’s birth. On the contrary, a new stage begins in which, often, support becomes even more essential.

We offer comprehensive care, both medical and emotional, to help you through this transition. Our team supports you in every aspect: gynecological checkups, physical recovery, mental health, and breastfeeding counseling, always with a respectful approach. We approach breastfeeding from two perspectives: that of the baby and that of the mother, ensuring that both are well cared for from the very beginning. We offer support to patients who find this new stage particularly challenging, providing them with tools to prevent current pressures from hindering a fulfilling experience of motherhood.

Perimenopause

In the years leading up to menopause, many women begin to experience hormonal changes that can affect not only their gynecological health but also their overall well-being. This stage, known as perimenopause, is unique to each woman and can manifest with a variety of symptoms: from the most well-known, such as hot flashes, to others less visible but equally important, such as mood swings, changes in weight and body fat distribution, memory or concentration difficulties, and metabolic changes that increase the risk of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, or prediabetes.

Our approach is based on an integrative view of women’s health, and therefore we have a multidisciplinary team of professionals in gynecology, endocrinology, nutrition, cardiovascular risk assessment, psychology, and life coaching. Together we design a personalized plan, tailored to the physical and emotional needs of each woman.

In this program, we place special emphasis on counseling on healthy lifestyle habits, early detection of cardiovascular, bone, and metabolic risk factors, and emotional support during this transition process. Our goal is to lay the foundation for healthy longevity.

Menopause program

Menopause marks a new stage in a woman’s life, during which adopting healthy habits is essential for long-term well-being. Prevention plays a key role in this phase: cardiovascular health, bone health, metabolic balance, and emotional well-being are all crucial for a good quality of life.

Our approach is based on personalization. Every woman experiences this stage differently, and that’s why our multidisciplinary team—made up of specialists in gynecology, endocrinology, nutrition, psychology, life coaching, and physical training—designs a comprehensive plan tailored to each woman’s symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle.

This plan may include recommendations on healthy habits, specific supplementation, and local or systemic treatments, both natural and hormonal, always taking into account each patient’s preferences and needs, thus achieving tailored solutions. Every woman experiences menopause differently, and that’s why we need to personalize treatments.

Breast Health Program

At our breast unit we offer a comprehensive approach to breast health care, with special attention to early detection, treatment of benign pathologies and support in oncological processes.

We perform breast cancer screening following current recommendations, adapted to each woman’s age, risk factors and family history, to achieve an early and accurate diagnosis. In addition, we offer personalized cancer risk assessments to patients who wish to have them or for whom it is recommended due to their family history.

In cases of benign conditions, we provide clear guidance, with follow-up and management tailored to each individual situation. And for cancer patients, we have a multidisciplinary approach that puts the person before the disease. We accompany you throughout the entire process so you feel supported.

We collaborate closely with the oncology committees of the hospitals where we work, ensuring swift and effective coordination among all the professionals involved. This synergy allows us to offer each patient the most appropriate and up-to-date treatment.

In addition to specialized medical care, we offer psychological support, oncological physiotherapy and specific aesthetic treatments, thanks to collaboration with experts with extensive experience in this field.
